Since 1997, Multi Serve has provided residential and commercial contracting services. In early 2000, the business was expanded to include full-service Bank Owned Capital Repair. As Multi Serve’s success continued, the business moved into the Insurance Restoration market; servicing properties after water, fire, or storm damage occurs. From 2013 to 2015 Multi Serve purchased three established restoration companies across the state of Michigan; Tri-City Restoration (Hart), The Clean Source (Grand Rapids), and HomeSavers Unlimited (Mt. Pleasant).
Today Multi Serve privately owns and locally operates three office locations across Michigan. It is our mission to take care of the members in the communities we serve in their time of need. Since day one, Multi Serve has made it a goal to provide the best customer experience possible, earning a reputation for outstanding service, communication, and quality companywide.
Jon Palmer and Dan Cooper have been friends since they attended school in Carson City, MI. Their difference in personality is the perfect juxtaposition, creating a healthy blend of business practices to keep the company headed for success. Since they began painting houses in the 90s, they have been dedicated to providing a superior level of service to their clients. Though the business has changed over the years their core values and expert level communication has been a constant since day one.
Jon Palmer has been married to his wife Sarah since 1999 and has three children, Gabriella, Carson, and Olivia.
Dan Cooper has been married to his wife Lisa since 2003 and has three children, Audrey, Lylah, and Vivian.
